The January board meeting included discussion of
lots of ideas and activities for improving the club. Plans for a club pin were linked. Other
memorabilia such as tee shirts and mugs were planned to be ready for the April AAOS show. A
questionnaire will appear in the March newsletter soliciting ideas and opinions from all club
members. A suggestion was made to create our own calendar in 1997 featuring pictures taken by
our members and plants grown by our members. Looks like a fun year!--Barb Larime
